What a month it's been!
High energy, full schedules, and plenty of moments that reminded us exactly why Urban Gym exists.
7 Years of Urban Gym
Seven years in and it all comes back to you.
This month wasn't just about a workout.
It was about celebrating seven years of showing up, supporting one another, and training for life in a way that's challenging, fun, and human.
To everyone who's trained with us over the years, supported the gym, and continues to bring the energy onto the mats so thank you.
You're the reason this place exists, and we never take that for granted.
The mission stays the same:

Valentine's SWEAt
Our Valentine's Morning Grind delivered exactly what it promised with high heart rates, lungs burning, and plenty of laughs along the way.
A 32-minute partner piece, shared suffering, post-workout chats and treats.
Nothing says love like sweating it out together.

Our annual Women's Day event returns for a powerful morning of training, learning, and connection.

Self-defence workshop

Team-based conditioning

A chance to put yourself first and train alongside an incredible group of women.

UR Run Club – Sundays 9:30am
UR Run Club keeps building week by week.
A simple, community-led way to connect outside the gym whether you want to walk, jog, or running together on the Greenway.
It's a great example of what Urban Gym is all about.
Ready to Get Involved?
Our current 8-week LIFT block is now underway and the energy has been excellent.
This programme is built around structured, progressive training with consistent key lifts, smart accessories, and full coach support so no guesswork, just results-driven sessions.
If you (or someone you know) have been thinking about getting started, we've increased our capacity for a few more 30-day trial spaces inside LIFT.
It's the perfect way to build strength, confidence, and consistency in a supportive small-group setting.
